In the Sissale language of Northern Ghana, Nyvill translates into water well.  As the source of life, water is also a symbol of hope for growth and development. 

The Nyvill Collection by master carver Henry Bagulo represents the rejuvenation of a particular story through artistic innovation.  The story told has been seasoned through generations of rich cultural tradition mixed with struggle representing the past, present and future.  The collection includes hand crafted cedar chests, tables, chairs, lamps, coasters, figurines and abstract collages.   

This furniture collection was created on a hill overlooking a large city and its people, interpreting their movements. At its essence The Nyvill Collection is a blend of long established tradition and present innovation for future growth.
